Oxbridge Medica Ltd (UK) Terms & Conditions – Group Bookings

Unless otherwise stated herein, our Standard Terms & Conditions apply with regards to bookings on our courses and/or website/course material usage.
Group cancellation policy (see below) applies from the point of booking. By placing a group booking with us, you are agreeing to the group cancellation policy. You should endeavour to notify us as soon as possible, using firstname.lastname@example.org, in the event that any member in your group cannot attend a course you have booked for.
Group bookings must be placed and paid for in full by a nominated group leader (who may of may not attend the course himself). It is the responsibility of the group leader to provide Oxbridge Medica will the contact details of all members in the group. Oxbridge Medica does not accept any responsibility for any erroneous/missing contact details, or any issues arrising as a result of this. After the group booking is placed, all groupd members are responsible for registering an individual acount on our website, if this is needed to obtain access to any online material. If this is the case, Oxbridge Medica will send instructions regarding this.
All registrations are confirmed individually by email to every member of the group, using the addresses provided at the time of booking. However, Oxbridge Medica is not responsible for non-arrival of registration confirmations. Should you not receive a confirmation by email 7 days prior to the course, then please contact our Team at email@example.com or call them on 0161 980 8882.
Group Cancellation Policy
Failure to arrive on a course is not a cancellation. If any (or all) members in the group fails to show up for a course that you have booked on, without informing us, you remain liable for 100% of the course fee. If you are only able to attend part of the course no refund can be given.
All the conditions below refer to the Group Booking. Due to the nature of this, no refund can be given on individual places within the group.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract, for a group booking on a course within a period of 7 working days from the application date (a ‘cooling off’ period) and receive a full refund. However, we regret that we cannot accept a cancellation of contract or make a refund if you have accessed any online materials or you cancel a place less than 7 days before the course, as conference costs would have been incurred on your behalf.
For cancellations made 14 days or less from the course date, 100% of the paid course fee will be retained.
For cancellations made between 30 to 15 days from the course date, 50% of the paid course fee (or at least £50/per individual place) will be retained.
For cancellations made more than 30 days from the course date, we will refund you the entire paid course fee minus a £50/per individual place administration charge.
Prior to the event, if any members in the group are unable to attend for any reason, you may change the name of the delegate free of charge, so that someone can attend in their place. Please be advised that if we have already prepared all the course material prior to this, we do not guarantee that we can reprint all/part of the material to include the name of the new delegate.
In the event of sickness or special circumstances that prevent you from attending, delegates remain fully liable for the course fees.
Final arrangements and instructions on how to arrive at the venue will be issued to all group members via e-mail before the course is due to take place (generally around 14 days prior), using the email addresses provided at the time of booking. Oxbridge Medica cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of the final arrangments. Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event that an event is postponed or cancelled, the liability of Oxbridge Medica shall be limited to a full refund of the fee paid for that particular event.
Oxbridge Medica Ltd makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, suitability, quality or operation of any content, product or service provided on or accessible from the website.
